We offer full project management from concept design to product production. Through our in house design team using Pro-engineer we can take concept designs through to approved product and tooling design. Our design and technical team will recommend the most appropriate polymer to meet cost and product demands and you benefit from our ability to trial production on site.

Stewart owns 28 injection moulding machines ranging from 120 tonne to 1000 tonne and 2 rotational moulding machines which ensure we have the flexibility to meet all production demands.

Tooling and process engineers who will project manage and guide the customer down the most suitable and cost effective route for the project, ensuring that costs and deadlines are met on time and to budget.

Full toolroom facilities on site to ensure that tooling is maintained and serviced correctly to improve the life of the tooling.

Full technical back up with strong process and material expertise, vast experience in processing many materials including polypropylene, polyethylene, polycarbonate, polyamide, SAN, ABS, polystyrene and thermoplastic elastomers.

Machine Base

28 microprocessor controlled injection moulding machines with robotic take off. The ability to process from 0.015kg to 3.5kg shot weights on machines from 120 tonne to 1000 tonnes locking force.

Two 2.2 metre rotational moulding carousel machines which can mould containers up to 250 litres in capacity.

Down stream equipment including hot foil blocking, screen printing decoration and sonic welding.

Design (on CAD and Pro-Engineer)

Take concept designs in to viewable three dimensional model, which can then be translated in to two dimensional engineering drawings for tooling construction.

The ability to make mass property calculations from the model including volume, surface area, average density and mass. The system also allows for flow and warp analysis enabling accurate feed positions to be specified on tooling.

Fast design changes enable product costs to be reviewed quickly ensuring that the design meets the customer's requirements.

The ability to use the photo rendered 3 dimensional model as a marketing tool prior to product launch.

Real concept models or rapid prototyping can be used from our designs or your own CAD files for fast accurate visualisation and market testing.
