Through our CAD system, Pro Engineer we are able to carry out flow and warp analysis for accurate feed positioning on each tool we design.
Our state of the art facilities enable us to fully consider all design alternatives to ensure the most cost effective design solution is achieved.
Our technical team will also advise on material selection which through our wealth of experience in processing polypropylene, polyethylene, polycarbonate, polyamide, SAN, ABS, polystyrene and thermoplastic elastomers ensures that our solution maximises your products profit potential. The technical team also provide a full in-house manufacturing support function which includes tool maintenance.
